How do i register?
Click on "My Account / Log In" on the top left of the page. Fill up the mandatory details and click “Submit”.
I can't login to my account.
Ensure you are logging in with the same username and password that you have registered with. In the event you have lost or forgotten you password, click on “forget password”. A password reset email will be sent to the email address on file for your account, but may take several minutes to show up in your inbox. Please wait at least 10 minutes before attempting another reset.
How can i make purchase?
- You may browse our products through different categories or do a search through keywords.
- Click on “Add to Cart” for the item you wish to purchase to add the item into your cart.
- Change the number in the box under "Quantity" column if you wish to change the quantity of the item.
- Click on the ‘Cart’ link, located at the top right of the page to view the items in your cart.
- If you have a promo code/gift card, enter it and click on apply.
- Click on ‘Go Checkout’ once you are ready to place the order.
- Enter the mandatory field (marked by *) and click “Go To Payment”.
- Review your order and choose your delivery methods. Click on place order once you are ready.
How long does it take to confirm my order?
Orders are confirmed once payment has been completed. Please check your email for the Order Confirmation.
Can i cancel or amend my order?
Unfortunately you will not be able to cancel or amend your order once your order has been paid and processed.
Where is my order number?
The order number can be found at your order confirmation email.
What are the available modes of payment?
At the moment, you can only make your payment through Paypal.
Can i make payment if i do not have Paypal account?
You can made payment even if you do not have Paypal account. Click on "Pay with a credit or debit card" to proceed with the payment.
What are your delivery options and how much is shipping?
You can choose to receive your order via Home Delivery, Singpost or Self-Collection.
How much is delivery charges?
We are charging a flat rate of $5.90 for Home Delivery and $8 for Singpost. There will be no charges for Self-Collection at any of Pink Beauty outlets.
How long is the delivery period?
Home Delivery takes an average of 2 - 4 working days from the day of purchase. Self-Collection at any of our 5 outlets take around 2-3 working days of processing from date of your orders. You will be notified upon delivery (for Home Delivery) or when your order is ready for collection through SMS.
Do you delivery to any location within Singapore?
We deliver to all addresses in Singapore except for restricted areas. We do not deliver to P.O. Box or Parcel Lockers.
Do you ship overseas?
No, currently we only deliver within Singapore only.
Which Pink Beauty outlets can i collect my orders from?
You may choose to collect your orders from any of our Pink Beauty outlets. You may find the address and operating hours of Pink Beauty outlets here.
Can i change my delivery methods afterward?
No, you will not be able to change the delivery method once your order has been paid and processed.
What should i do if i enter the wrong delivery address?
Unfortunately you will not be able to change the delivery address once your order has been paid and processed. In the event that the wrong address is indicated in the order and the package is delivered, Pink Beauty will not be liable for any replacement or refund.
Can i change my self-collection location afterwards?
No, you will not be able to change the self-collection location once your order has been paid and processed.
Can i request for a re-delivery?
No, in the event of failed delivery, you will be required to collect your order from the nearest Pink Beauty outlet. You will be notified of the failed delivery through sms. There will be no refunds of delivery fee.
Is there a collection period for self-collection?
All orders must be collected from 1 month of purchase.
How do i go about collecting my order from Pink Beauty outlet?
Simply bring your receipt/e-receipt and show to our store supervisors. You will be require to acknowledge the collection.
What should i do if my order has not arrived?

I received a faulty item or have a problem with the order i received, what should i do?
Please contact us by submitting a return request via "Contact Us" in our website or alternatively, email us at email@example.com with your order number, item details, your contact details, and the reason for return within 7 days. Once we have received your request, we will review and contact you on how you can proceed with the return of item (if applicable) and refund.
Can i do an exchange for the items?
Unfortunately, you will not return the items if you have made an incorrect purchase or you changed your mind after receiving the items. Please review your cart before completing the order.
